Matcha Brownies

Matcha Brownies

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and mix with sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well.
  3. Sift in flour and matcha, mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
