Matcha Tiramisu

Matcha Tiramisu

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder, plus extra for dusting
  • 1 cup brewed green tea, cooled
  • 1 package ladyfingers

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whip heavy cream, sugar, and matcha powder until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in mascarpone cheese until just combined.
  2. Dip ladyfingers briefly in green tea and line them in a single layer in a dish.
  3. Spread half of the matcha cream over the ladyfingers. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with the remaining cream.
  4. Dust with matcha powder. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
